Dreams Los Cabos Resort Review

We stayed at Dreams Los Cabos resort May 2023 for a friend's wedding. It was about a 20 minute drive from the airport. The resort is beautiful, but small.

The pools were clean and very nice. We spent most of our time at the main pool, but did spend an afternoon at the adults only pool, which was much quieter. The main pool was a little chilly, and the adult pool was much warmer. It was very hard to get a chair at either pool unless you saved them very early in the day. We were told that the resort was at about 60% capacity and yet all of the pool chairs were taken by 10am. They could definitely use more chairs around the pool.

The restaurants and bars were very good! All of the food we had was very delicious and good quality. The seafood restaurant over by the adult pool was my favorite! I enjoyed the outdoor seating, and the food was incredible. The service was friendly, though at some restaurants a bit slow.

The rooms here were ok at best. We upgraded to an ocean view suite, and while the view was stunning, the room was definitely lacking. The furniture was old and worn, and the rooms lacked character. The bathroom and shower were small. We did have a walk in closet, which was nice, but overall the room was a bit disappointing.

The beach was pristine here, so, so gorgeous. The waves were too strong to even get close to the water, but they were absolutely beautiful to watch!

Overall we probably wouldn't stay here again, though we did have a very nice time. The price for what you get, especially with the room being what is was, just wasn't worth it. For the price we paid we expected much nicer amenities.
